Freight is prepaid on orders $250.00 or more net billing to one destination. An order containing the following product, freight is prepaid on $400.00 or more E.E. Zimmerman, Zinsser, Metylan and any products with an overall length exceeding 48 inches.

All invoices are payable Net 30 days after the date of the invoice, unless terms are specified differently. Note: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

All orders less than $75.00 per shipment will carry a service charge of $5.00

Shortages and damage claims should be made immediatly either with delivering carrier or with See-Bee Distributing within ten days of receipt of goods. Faliure to count incoming items and note any discrepancies on Freight Company's document results in an unauthourized deduction.

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval from See-Bee Distributing. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to returns due to customer error.
