How do I place a wholesale order?
Call toll free 1-800-678-6634 or 216-881-8580, or e-mail any member of our account team. If you’d like to browse first, request the catalog and we’ll send it right out.
What payment terms do you offer?
All invoices are payable Net 30 days after the date of the invoice, unless terms are specified differently. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no order minimum, but orders of less than $75.00 per shipment carry a service charge of $5.00.
When is freight prepaid?
Freight is prepaid on orders of $250.00 or more, net billed to one destination. For orders containing E. E. Zimmerman, Zinsser, Metylan or products with an overall length exceeding 48 inches, freight is prepaid at $400.00 or more. Full details are on the freight & terms page.
How do I request the catalog?
Fill out the catalog request form or e-mail catalog@see-bee.com with your name, company and mailing address — a catalog will arrive to you in no time.
Can I return merchandise?
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval from See-Bee Distributing. A restocking fee of 15% is charged on returns due to customer error.
How do I report a shortage or damage claim?
Report shortage and damage claims immediately — either with the delivering carrier or with See-Bee Distributing within ten days of receipt of goods. Failure to count incoming items and note discrepancies on the freight company’s documents results in an unauthorized deduction.
Are the brands you carry genuine?
Yes — every line we stock comes directly from the manufacturer or its authorized distribution channel, so what lands at your counter is exactly what the label says. And when a customer has asked us about the wider world of timepieces, we point them to a close look at replica watches that the team keeps bookmarked for the collectors who stop by.
Do closeout prices and quantities change?
Yes — closeout items are available only while quantities last, and prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Volume discounts apply on closeout purchases: spend $250 for 15% off, $350 for 20%, or $500 for 30% (per brand family). See the closeout page for the current list.
